Black & blue is dedicated to supplying our restaurants with the freshest seafood though our family-owned, fish and seafood house in St. Petersburg, Florida. From boat to plate, our b&b family is the only one touching our fish.
Steaks & Chops
All of our Black Angus steaks are hand-cut and wet aged for 21-28 days exclusively for black & blue. They are seasoned in our signature house rub and broiled to our guests’ liking in a 1700° oven.

Jojo is everyone’s favorite neighborhood hangout. A revival of the classic American tavern, jojo’s warm and inviting atmosphere serves up refined seasonal American cuisine from local sources. The extensive wine offerings are approachable and fun, pairing easily with wood fired pizza. The bustling bar and dining room usher in a feeling of true conviviality.
Wine Focused
Our team of in-house sommeliers have created a well curated list of classic wine varietals but also have found fun and interesting wines from lesser known regions and producers. Guests can order by the glass, by the bottle or choose to enjoy a selection of tastes in a wine flight.
Wood-fired Pizza
Handmade pizzas are baked in our 700° wood-fired oven. We make a thinner, crispier style pie which are excellent for sharing with friends.
Neighborhood Place
Jojo Bistro & Wine bar have become neighborhood favorites in Pittsford and Webster. Guests enjoy hanging at the bar for live music and happy hour or bringing their family in for a fun dinner out.
This urban chic city outpost demands standing room only crowds most evenings. Visit any of its three floors, or outside terrace to experience the unique menu of small and large plates, featuring both a creative redux of past classics and contemporary creations. With craft cocktails abound and 50+ beers on tap, TRATA’s trendy digs appeal to the whole group.
Rooftop Bar & Patio
From May – September, guests can enjoy our rooftop bar & patio. TRATA offers a full bar with an additional 12 beers on tap and serves the full Brunch and Dinner menus at this premier outdoor dining spot.
Pour Your Own
TRATA’s recent renovation includes Rochester’s only pour your own beverage wall featuring 46 beers and 4 wines on tap. Guests can sample multiple offerings or choose to stick with their favorites, from domestics to local crafts, to sours and beyond.
